4 qts. cooked potatoes - chopped
3 c. celery - sliced
8 hard boiled eggs - chopped
1 1/2 c. radishes - sliced
1 c. green onion slices or chopped onion
4 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. miracle whip/ mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
lettuce - garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, eggs, radishes, onions and seasonings. In a separate bowl combine miracle whip and mustard. Add dressing to potatoes and mix lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Garnish with radish roses. 2 lbs. of potatoes will yield 1 qt. of cubed cooked potatoes.
