1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees) 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 1/2 c. flour
In a large bowl, mix yeast and warm water together until dissolved. Add sugar, oil and salt and mix in yeast solution until dissolved. Then add flour and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Press into pizza pan, add pizza ingredients.
