1/2 cup warm water
4 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast (or 2 packages)
2 tablespoons sugar
3.5 oz package vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup butter melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
6+ cups flour
~you will also need 1 cup softened butter, 2 cups brown sugar and 4 teaspoons of cinnamon for filling~

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Cinnamon Rolls:
In a bowl combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside. In large bowl, prepare pudding mix according to directions on box. Add butter, eggs and salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Blend. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down, and let rise again. Roll out dough to 34x21" (for big fluffy rolls). Take softened butter and spread over surface. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Roll up very tightly. With a knife, put a notch every 2", cut with thread or unflavored dental floss. Place on lightly greased baking sheet 2" apart. Take hand and lightly press down on each roll. Cover and let rise until doubled again. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Remove when they start to turn golden. Don't over bake!! Frost warm rolls with cream cheese frosting.
