Roll:
3 pks yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup of milk
4 cups of flour
5 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 Lb butter
2 egg yolks - save whites for filling
1 Cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast sugar warm mild and let stand 5 minutes until it foams.
Mix flour sugar salt and butter in a bowl.
Mix together egg yolks and sour cream together
Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
Add yeast mixture to the flour and egg mixture.
Mix well and knead for at least 10 minutes.
Refrigerate over night
When ready to bake divide into 1/4 and roll into rectangles about 1 in thick .
Spread with nut filling and bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. light brown on top.
Remove and wipe with oiled paper towel.
The rolls can be frozen for 6 months.
