1 can (8 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
In large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Combine well. Add chicken breasts and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Place chicken and marinade in an 11x7x2 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
