1/4 c. oil
2 clove minced garlic
1 c. minced onion
2 T. flour
2 c. water
1-2 c. diced New Mexican Green Chile
1 potato previously boiled or baked in microwave, diced
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in heavy saucepan. Blend in flour with wooden spoon. Add water, potato and green chile. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
