1/2 C finely cut dried apricots
1/2 C raisins
1/3 C water
1 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 C drained crushed pineapple
1/2 C chopped walnuts
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine apricots, raisins, and water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed. Cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients - except powdered sugar. Blend well. Spread in a greased 9 inch square pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. While still warm, cut into bars & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can roll into powdered sugar again when cool.
