Ingredients:  
1 box Lemon cake mix,
3 egg whites,
1 pkg instant Lemon pudding,
1 3/4 c. water

Topping:
8 oz. cool whip lite topping,
1 box of sugar free instant vanilla pudding,
3/4 c. skim milk,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, 3 egg whites, lemon pudding and water. Place in 9 x 13 and bake at 350 for 25 to 28 minutes. Cool.

Mix pudding and milk together, fold in cool whip topping. Spread on cool cake.
