3 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove Crust from 1 pound unsliced loaf of bread. Cut into cubes. (When Cheese is melted use wisk), fold in 2 beaten Egg Whites, freeze and bake.
