4 Eggs, Beaten
6 Soda Crackers Crushed
1/2 pound grated Cheddar Cheese
2 6 oz jars Artichoke Hearts (Save Oil)
3 Chopped Green onions
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 T. Chopped Parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in half of oil from hearts, add grated cheese and eggs, Beat after adding each ingredient. Put crushed crackers into bottom of pan.
Pour into 8 x 9" Pan.
Bake at 325-350 for 40 minutes.
Cool and cut into 1" squares. Can be reheated or eaten cool.
