1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. macadamia nuts (chopped)
3 T. soft butter
6 ozs.Hawaii's Own Guava Nectar concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first four ingredients together. Add macadamia nuts to dry ingredients; mix. Cream brown sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in one half of the flour--nut mixture, then Guava Nectar concentrate and vanilla. Blend in remaining flour--nut mixture. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 50--60 minutes.
