Ingredients:  
6 bone-in pork chops, each 1 inch thick.
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp bourbon
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients except the chops.
Pour into a plastic bag with the chops, chill and marinate for 30 minutes or longer, turning at least once.
Remove pork from marinade, reserving the marinade.
Grill chops covered with grill lid, at 350F to 400F for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
Bring reserved marinade to boil in small saucepan, cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
Pour over chops before serving.
