2 slices dry bread (toast it)
Soak bread in milk for 2-3 minutes then squeez out moisture. Combine bread with the remaining ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
2 eggs
2 tblsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp crushed oregano
1 tsp salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soaked bread with the meat mixture.
Mix well and shape into balls.
Put on a broiler pan. Bak for 30 minutes in 350 oven.
