2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 c. milk shredded beef (lunch meat type) salt and pepper
Melt butter in small frying pan then add flour. Mix to a paste consistency. Add milk. On a medium heat, heat to a soft boil and sauce thickens. Add shreds of beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over toast, or biscuits
