8 cups apple pulp
1/2 cup vinegar
4 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Core and slice apples, do not peel. Add only enough water to cook the apples until soft. Press through a fine sieve and measure.
Combine all ingredients. Cook until mixture remains in a smooth mass (when a little cooled), (about 1-1/2 hours )
During cooking, stir frequently to prevent burning.
Pour into sterlized jars leaving 1/2" head space. Seal tightly. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
