"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Bring brown sugar, butter, and Karo syrup to a boil. Boil for about 8-10 min, then add 1 can (about 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour over popcorn and enjoy. Will be very hot at first, allow to cool. Tip: Do not use a metal spoon to prepare and stir your caramel mixture, when it cools, it ruins the quality of the caramel.
