1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. parsley, minced 1/2 c. finely chopped chives or green onion 2 T. horseradish 1 5.25 oz. jar Zatarain's mustard dash Tabasco or red pepper lemon juice to taste 2 lbs. medium shrimp, boiled and deveined
Mix all ingredients except the shrimp. Fold shrimp in gently to prevent breaking. Marinate for 24 hours. Serve on Ritz crackers, one shrimp to a cracker.
