1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
5 T. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, powder sugar and sugar. Add vanilla. Beat in flour just until incorporated. Mix in chopped nuts. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 300º, or until cookies are lightly browned on the bottom. When cool enough to handle, roll in powder sugar.
