Yachni Green beans in Tomato Sauce Recipe

1 onion
2 fresh tomatos peeled, finely chopped
1 cup parsley finely chopped
3 pounds green beans, cleaned
small can tomato paste
cup olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
teaspoon sugar
cook with a little water

Brown onion with lots of oil.
Add rest of ingredients to stovetop pot.
Boil and shake while cooking (do not stir).
Taste to see if more herbs are needed.
Approximately 45 minutes.

NB- If adding lamb or beef, brown meat and cook with sauce a little first without parsely.
