Baking potatoes 4-5 cloves garlic lots of oil lots of oregano, thyme 2 lemons salt and pepper to taste
Cut potatoes length wise. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in large casserole and fill with water ½ way up. Cover with foil and bake 375-400* Approximately 1 ½ hours, remove foil for last 20 minutes
