Leg of lamb
4-5 garlic cloves, sliced
Dijon mustard
Rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water
baking potatoes, sliced add half way through
2 lemons juice on top when cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Poke holes in meat and place cloves of garlic inside.
Cover meat with mustard, and seasonings.
Cover to cook 375* for approximately 3 hours remove lid last 15 minutes
