3 cups giant beans soaked overnight
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
stalk celery finely chopped
cup tomato
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook beans alone for 20 minutes to release gas. Discard water.
Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add all to casserole. Cover and bake at 450* until beans are soft, approximately 1 hours.
