1 Regular Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges with juice
Frosting:

1 20-oz can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 sm box instant vanilla pudding
Cool Whip (9 oz container)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges w/juice according to directions on pkg. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

Combine crushed pineapple w/juice with instant vanilla pudding. Mix until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip.

Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate cake.
