2-1/4 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup margarine or butter
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream or Yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat three (3) minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared tube or 10" bundt pan. Bake at 325º for 60-70 minutes until top springs back. Cool 15 minutes on wire rack, then remove from pan.
Combine 1 Cup powdered sugar with 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice for drizzling consistency. Glaze cooled cake.
