1 lb. beef (lean top round)
2 tsp. oil
3/4 Tbs. finely chopped onion
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/4 tesp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 tesp. nutmeg
1/2 tesp basil
1/4 cup wine
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
6 cup cooked macaroni

Directions:

cut beef 1" cubes. Heat 1 tsp. oil in non-stick skillet. Saute onion 2 minutes. Add beef saute about 5 min or until beef turns brown. Remove from skillet & keep hot. Add remaining oil add mushrooms (Drained) add beef and onion back to pan with seasonings. Add wine, yogurt, stir gently, heat but do not boil. Serve over macaroni.
