Preheat oven to 350°.

Day 1
MEDIUM THICK CRUST - use 12 in. round pan
MIX THESE 2 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN MIXING BOWL:
2 tsp. yeast
3/4 c. warm water

ADD THESE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WITH MIXER:
1 and 1/2 tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

CHANGE TO BATTER HOOK AND MIX ON 2 OR 3 FOR 5 MIN. OR KNEAD BY HAND.

STORE IN A LIGHTLY GREASED BOWL 2 TO 3 TIMES THE SIZE OF THE DOUGH. TURN SO THE GREASE COVERS ALL THE DOUGH. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE.

Day 2
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 AS DIRECTED AT THE TOP OF THE RECIPE.
TAKE DOUGH OUT OF REFRIGERATOR AND PLACE IN MICROWAVE FOR 30 SEC. TO WARM IT UP.
ROLL OUT THE CRUST TO FIT YOUR PAN.
PLACE ON A LIGHTLY OILED PIZZA PAN. POKE HOLES IN THE CRUST WITH A FORK.
PREBAKE THE CRUST UNTIL IT IS LIGHTLY BROWNED, ABOUT 8 MIN.
SPREAD SAUCE AND TOPPINGS ON CRUST. BAKE ANOTHER 10 TO 15 MIN. UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
