Butter
Flour
Brown Sugar
Egg
Vanilla
Baked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 tbsp. butter and remove from stove adding 2 tbsp. flour. Mix well.
Add 1 small c. brown sugar and beat well.
Add 2 beaten egg yolks and 1 pint milk.
Cook till thick. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.

Pour into baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
