Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400.
Oil pan (see below for which pan to use).

Directions:
Directions:
Thin Crust
(use 12 inch round pizza pan)

MIX TOGETHER:
1 and 1/2 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water

ADD & MIX:
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 and 1/4 c. flour

Thick Crust
(use jelly roll pan)
3 tsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 and 1/2 c. flour

KNEAD BY HAND UNTIL SMOOTH ON A VERY LIGHTLY FLOURED COUNTER. LET DOUGH REST FOR 10 MIN. ON THE COUNTER COVERED WITH A PIECE OF PLASTIC WRAP AND A CLEAN TOWEL. THIS MAKES IT EASIER TO ROLL OUT.

ROLL OUT DOUGH TO FIT YOUR PAN. LIGHTLY OIL YOUR PAN IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO YET. PLACE THE DOUGH ON IT; BUILD UP THE EDGES A LITTLE BIT TO HOLD THE SAUCE ON.

POKE HOLES WITH A FORK IN THE CRUST. BAKE UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED; ABOUT 8 MIN.

REMOVE FROM OVEN. ADD THE SAUCE, TOPPINGS, AND CHEESE AND BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS; ABOUT 10 TO 15 MORE MINUTES.
