Egg
Brown Sugar
Flour
Butter
Milk
Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to a can of evaporated milk to make 2 cups.
Add 2 eggs and beat to mix well. Set milk mixture aside.

Combine 1 c. brown sugar and 3 tbsp. flour.
Cut in 2 tbsp. butter till mixture is like coarse crumbs.
Add milk mixture and beat to mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 400º 30 minutes until a knife inserted between edge and center comes out clean.
Top with whipped topping if you wish.
