Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray 12in. pizza pan with release agent.
Requires refrigeration.

MIX UNTIL DOUGH HOLDS TOGETHER:
1 c. flour
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water

PRESS DOUGH ONTO THE PAN YOU PREPARED AT THE TOP OF THIS RECIPE. BAKE FOR 10 MIN. OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. COOL COMPLETELY AND SET ASIDE.

Topping
COMBINE IN A SMALL BOWL AND MIX WELL:
8 oz. Neufchatel or Philadelphia Light cream cheese
2 tbsp. light sour cream
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. dried dill weed

SPREAD THE ABOVE MIXTURE ON THE COOLED CRUST.

SPRINKLE VEGETABLES ON TOP. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
