Use microwave to cook.
Use microwave pizza stone or pyroceram pizza browner.

MICROWAVE ON HIGH 1 TO 1 AND 1/2 MIN. (in 1 quart casserole, stir halfway to break up, until meat is not pink):
1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion

DRAIN.

STIR IN:
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

MICROWAVE 2 TO 3 MIN. OR UNTIL FLAVORS BLEND.

STIR IN:
1/4 c. chopped tomato

INCREASE POWER TO HIGH. PREHEAT MICROWAVE PIZZA STONE 6 MIN. OR PYROCERAM PIZZA BROWNER 5 MIN.

SPRINKLE ON 1 FLOUR TORTILLA (10 inch):

Meat Mixture
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. any cheese (can do 2 cheeses at 1/2 cup each)

TRANSFER PIZZA CAREFULLY TO PREHEATED STONE OR BROWNER.

MICROWAVE AT HIGH 2 TO 3 MIN. OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BUBBLY. REMOVE FROM STONE OR BROWNER TO SLICE.

SERVE WITH SALSA OR TACO SAUCE (optional).
