2 Lg Boneless chicken Breasts
1 Bottle of Honey BBQ Sauce
Shredded Cheese (of your choice)
1 Can of Pitted Olives (Sliced)
1 bushel of Green Onions
1 Tomatoe
1 Bag of Round Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Add Salt & Pepper to the chicken and bake until done (about 20 - 30 min)
Grind the chicken up in a food processor
Add the BBQ sauce and mix well

Layer a Cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Add chips
Add the BBQ chicken mix
Top with Shredded Cheese
Add olives, green onions and tomatoes

Bake on Broil setting for 5 min until cheese melts
Serve with Salsa!!
