1 tbsp. minced onion
1.5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried mustard
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 lbs Grouper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything but the olive oil in a blender or food processor. Then add the olive oil in a steady stream until it thickens. Dip the fish in the mixture and coat both sides. Grill ten minutes per side for average thickness.
