1 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
5 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp. Ketchup
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. dried Parsley
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
3/4 cup Sake
2 Flanks Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and marinate the steaks for a few hours or for best results overnight. Grill the steaks or broil at 400º for about 15 minutes. Slice very thin.
