Brown Sugar
Shortening
Egg
Coffee
Flour
Baking Powder
Soda
Salt
Cinnamon
Raisins
Nuts
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg

Add and mix well:
1/2 c. hot coffee
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Stir in:
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Spread into a pan.
Bake 350º 20-25 minutes

Glaze with 1/2 c. powdered sugar and hot cofee to make consistency you like.
