½ c. butter or margarine ½ c. oil 1¾ c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 2-3 c. grated zucchini 2½ c. flour ½ tsp. salt 4 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. cinnamon ½ c. nuts 2 c. chocolate chips (or less – your taste choice)
Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in bowl. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle rest of chips on top. Bake 325° for 45 minutes or until done.
