c. butter or margarine
c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2-3 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
tsp. salt
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. cinnamon
c. nuts
2 c. chocolate chips (or less your taste choice)

Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in bowl. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle rest of chips on top. Bake 325 for 45 minutes or until done.
