1 lb. ground chuck
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1½ - 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Add oatmeal to thicken.
Fry until browned.

Sauce: Mix and pour over meatballs
1 c. ketchup
½ c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

If you chill the meat when mixed it’s easier to work with. Simmer in slow cooker for hours.
