12 oz thick noodles
6 oz cooked chicken shredded
2 oz roasted cashews
4 scallions chopped
2 T chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 T smooth peanut butter
1 T soya sauce
1 T sherry vinegar
1 T sesame oil
2 T olive oil
2 T chicken broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles till tender and drain under cold water and set aside. Mix all ingredients together to make dressing add to noodles and toss in chicken and cashews.
