1 whole tenderloin (4 to 6 lbs)
1 T celery salt
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper 1 egg, well beaten

1. Preheat oven to 500 º
2. Mix spices together in small bowl.
3. Roll tenderloin in egg to coat, then pat on spice mixture.
4. Place in an alum.foil boat on baking sheet.
5. Cook about 20 to 22 minutes for med.rare. Don't overcook !
