1 small head cabbage about lb., grated
1 med. carrot, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c light mayonnaise
1/3 c. Olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard or dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, whisk to blend. Toss mayonnaise mixture with cabbage mixture.
