1/2 lb. bacon
2/3 C sliced celery
1/2 C chopped onions
1/2 C fresh or canned mushrooms
2 C fresh bean sprouts
1/4 C chopped green pepper
3 eggs
3 C cooked white rice
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and brown bacon in large frying pan until crisp. Drain all but approx/ 1/3 cup drippings, then add next 5 ingredients and saute until tender but crisp. Beat eggs and stir unto above mixture until they are 'set'. Add rice and stir until heated through. Add soy sauce to taste.
