1 lb. lasagna noodles
6 C diced, salted potatoes, or instant potatoes to equal 6 Cups
8 oz cream cheese
5 onions
1 lb. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna as directed on box. Cook potatoes until tender and mash in cream cheese. Slice onions and brown in 1/4 lb. butter, then add the remaining butter and brown. Use a 9x13 pan. Put small amount of butter on bottom, then layer noodles, potatoes, butter and onion mixture. Continue layering until ingredients are used. End with butter, then cover with foil. Bake at 300º for 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
