1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 to 1 lb pork (loin or butt)
3 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion, diced
3 to 4 fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried
1 large can tomato paste
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
2 large cans of tomato puree (16 oz) and 2 cans filled with water
1 large can diced tomatoes
4 bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, saute pork, garlic, onions and spices in olive oil until browned. Add can of tomato paste and literally fry paste into meat mixture until well blended. Add tomatoes, 2 cans water, bay leaves and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
