1 pkg. active dry yeast
6 eggs
half lb. butter
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cardamon
14 c. flour

Directions:
Whisk eggs with a fork . In a large bowl, mix lukewarm milk, water, cardamon, sugar, salt and butter. add eggs and yeast. Add flour kneading until smooth. Later, add the rest of the butter. Let rise for 2 hrs. in a warm area. Place on a floured surface. Divide dough and braid. let them rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Brush with a mixed egg and garnish with rae sokeri©. bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Instead of making braids, why not make any shapes or styles for this recipe. Roll dough with a rolling pin to a square shape and add brown sugar raisins and roll it up and cut with a knife lines a cross and split them so they look like wings.
