Red or Yellow baby potatoes (as many as you want)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and quarter potatoes. Try and make them all the same size. Line baking sheet with foil. In separate bowl add olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Add potatoes in and stir until they are well coated. Spread potatoes on baking sheet, pour rest of oil mixture on potatoes. Bake in oven at
375º for 30-40 minutes or until they are fork tender
