2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
6 tsp. cocoa
pinch of salt (optional)
3 cups instant rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together sugar, margarine, milk, salt, and cocoa for 10 minutes stirring constantly. 10 minutes must be to make sure sugar is melted.
While that is starting to boil, in a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, coconut and vanilla.
Remove pan from stove and pour into bowl. Mix well until blended with oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Let cool than put in storage container.
