1 lb of ground beef
3-4 med to large potatoes
6 roasted, peeled, diced green chile
salt, pepper
1 onion
1 can of corn
1 can of green beens
1- 28oz can of diced tomatoes
1 26-28oz can of tomatoe sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and season with salt pepper and and diced onion. Peel and cut potatoes in cubes. When the ground beef is thoroughly cooked combine all ingredients in a large stew pot. Add water to about and inch or two from the top of the stew pot and cook on high until it starts to boil. After it starts to boil turn down to low and cook for approx 1 hr or until the potatoes are soft. Serve in a bowl with a flour tortilla.
