4 boneless pork chops,
2 cups of rice,
1 large can of Tomatoe Sauce,
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to cooking directions on bag or cook in rice cooker. Cut pork into squares and cook over stove top in oil. Salt and pepper to taste. When the pork is done, add the tomatoe sauce and let cook for 5-10 more min. Serve rice in a bowl and pour some of the meat and sauce over the rice.
