2 cups (16 oz) reduced fat sour cream
1 pkg (1 oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup fat-free milk
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel (zest, no white)

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.

Serve as a dipping sauce for cut fresh fruit.
