1 lb of ground beef,
3 cans of golden mushroom soup,
2 cups of rice,
garlic salt,
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in pot according to cooking directions on bag or use rice cooker to cook rice. Roll the ground beef into meatballs and cook thoroughly. Lightly shake salt, pepper and garlic salt onto the meatballs. When they are done combine the golden mushroom soup to the pan of meatballs and mix well. Add about a cup of water to thin out the soup a bit. Let cook for 5-10min. Serve rice on a plate and pour some golden mushroom soup with 2-3 meatballs over rice.
